Configuring Real Player for use on LLN

If you do not have real player installed it can be downloaded from here

1. Firstly open real player from your desktop or start menu
2. Next Click on view preferences.
3. Choose the Transport tab and highlight Use specified transports and UN-check all other options as shown. Now click on RTSP Settings.
4. Here click the Use HTTP Only box, all other options should become greyed out as shown. Click OK.
5. Now click on PNA Settings
6. Repeat the process making sure only Use HTTP Only is checked. Click OK.
7. Now choose the Proxy tab and choose Use my web browser’s HTTP proxy and ensure nothing else is highlighted as shown. Click OK.
8. You should now be able to log on using your Leeds Learning Network user name and password.
