Q. Why do I get the following message when I try to logon to Leeds Learning Network?

A. This problem can occur when you have roaming profiles and move between Microsoft Windows NT4.0 machines and Microsoft Windows 2000 machines. Keep pressing cancel until the message goes away, then from the menu bar select Tools and then Internet Options and you will see the following screen.
Select the Content tab and then click the AutoComplete button and you will be presented with the following.
Click the Clear Passwords button and then the Clear Forms button. This should resolve the problem.
