Q.   When attempting to download files from a web site I get the following screen, which stays there for ever. What is going on?



A.   This problem only occurs on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 computers. The temporary internet files stored in the directories within \%systemroot%\Temproary Internet Files\ Content.IE are not writeable to the user group everyone.
