Q.Why when I attempt to access some web sites do I receive the following error?
A. The problem you are experiencing is due to either Internet Explorer not having the Java Virtual machine installed or not having the sites URL listed in the Trusted Sites security zone of Internet Explorer.
The Java VM software is available from clicking here
To add a Web site to the Trusted Sites security zone open Internet Explorer then select Tools | Internet Options
Click the Security tab and select Trusted Sites. Now click the Sites button.
Enter the name of the URL of the web sites as shown above and click Add.
JAVA is now enabled for this site.
