Q. When I attempt to view an FTP site I get the following?


A. The problem is that Internet Explorer has in the Advanced settings the Enable folder View for FTP sites option checked. To resolve this problem open Internet Explorer. Select the Tools menu option and then Internet Options then select the advanced tab as shown below.

Now deselect the Enable folder View for FTP sites option.

Return To Menu
