The Prince’s Trust Awards/Grants schemes

The Prince’s Trust is actively promoting their Awards/Grants schemes for unemployed/NEET young people. In order to be eligible, applicants must be between 14-25, unemployed or not in training (part-time up to 16 hours is fine); offenders or ex-offenders, care leavers or have less the 5 GCSE`s at A-C.

The Prince’s Trust has two award schemes; Development Awards which offers up to £500 for training, equipment &/or resources. This helps move young people into or towards training or employment.

Community Cash Awards, which offer up to £5,000 for a project led by eligible young people. There is flexibility with both these schemes making them very accessible to young people with the support of statutory or voluntary agency workers.

These Awards could make a real contribution to the work you are doing with young people and their groups.
